For the match result sheet template click here. When completing the form please rename (save as) the file as the match that you are completing the form for and include the date.

Home Team

Always offer to pay the Referee before the match starts and provide the stamped Match Report Card, the match balls and Assistant Referees flags.

Both Teams

1. Make sure you have the correct Referee’s name and give him the names of your team’s substitutes prior to kick-off.

2. Ensure all details on your Match Result Sheet are correct.

3. Make sure you text or email your result, together with any goal scorers, to Matt Facer 07790 508731 matthew.facer@live.co.uk before 2pm.

MONDAY

Home Team

Inform both the opposition Secretary and the Match Referee with details of your next fixture. Doing this early enables any problems with the Match official to be resolved by the Referee Secretary as soon as possible.  

Both Teams

Make sure your Match Result Sheet from the previous week has been posted to the Registration Secretary together with any correspondence relating to player shortages / late starts / low Referee marks etc.

Key Dates

August 14th:

Ensure at least 15 eligible players have been registered per team, Rule 6 (a).

October 1st:

First date for transfers, Rule 6 (h).

December 1st:

Clubs with Reserve teams should check Rule 7(a) regarding player status.

March 31st:

Last date for registration of players, Rule 6(e).

March 31st:

Last date for transfers, Rule 6(h).

April 1st:

New Rule proposals to General Secretary, Rule 18(a).

May 1st:

All Club or Team withdrawal notifications and new team applications to be received by the General Secretary, Rule 5(a) and 5(b).

June 1st:

All membership applications to be returned duly completed, together with full remittance to the General Secretary.
